Ichiyummy Sushi Hibachi, 3922 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, accrued 27 violations throughout an Oct. 18 inspection. Inspectors discovered 20 reside roaches on shelving in storage behind canned meals, in addition to sushi rice that had not been time marked after being faraway from a controlled-temperature atmosphere. Most of Ichiyummy’s different violations had been fundamental. Its six intermediate violations included no paper towels on the hand-washing sink and an absence of scorching water. 
The restaurant met requirements and reopened Oct. 19.

Bimini Bait Shack, Mexico Lindo, Hana Japanese Steakhouse and Nomiki’s Plakka met requirements on-site, and followup inspections will not be required. Tony Sacco’s was inspected twice after its preliminary inspection. An administrative criticism was advisable by inspectors, and a fourth inspection is required.

U.S. 41, Bonita Springs; Smokin’ R’s BBQ, 27792 Outdated 41 Highway, Bonita Springs; Dairy Queen and Orange Julius, 10801 Corkscrew Highway, No. 137, Estero; Paradise Smoothie, 10021 Gulf Heart Drive, No. G200, San Carlos Park; McDonald’s No. 31280, 17800 Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, south Fort Myers; the Westin Cape Coral Resort At Marina Village, 5902 Silver King Blvd., Cape Coral; Barnacles Ice Cream, 4401 Level Home Path, Captiva; Panera Bread, No. 992, 8027 Mediterranean Drive, No. 107, Estero; Logan’s Sausage Store, 4135 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers; and Blue Isle Surf & Turf, 4135 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Fort Myers. 
Meals vans that accrued zero violations in current weeks had been Tag’s Whiskey Bent BBQ, Fats Onez and Gator John’s BBQ.
